Bomb Drama in Mangalore

A bomb drama took place in Mangalore which had a filmy ending. After the serial blast in Bangalore, this was an indication that Karnataka is on hit list not just Bangalore. People alerted the police after finding a abandoned suitcase near the city market. As usual in such cases, the cops came with sinffer dogs and with metal/bomb detection tools. Both of them given positive signal. On this, the police took the suitcase to the Nehru maiden by the afternoon. The Mangalore police were also in touch with the Bangalore police to have a bomb disposal squad. Around 3 pm one man came to Nehru maiden and claimed the bag. Yep, amaizing ain’t it? Someone claiming a suitcase perceived to be containing a bomb. Everybody was dumb stuck there.
What happened was, a thief stolen one K.C Alva’s suitcase from the parking lot and after cleaning the money from there abandoned the suitcase. Mr. Alva following this registered a complaint with the police. So when he heard of such a suitcase, he went to Nehru maiden and claimed. On seeing the suitcase he recognized it. After opening the suitcase everybody saw there was no bomb. What an anti climax! However, peaceful end to a thrilling drama. Lastly, nice thief ha!
