Children Film Festival, Bangalore

The 4th edition of the Children’s India children film festival will take place in Bangalore from 18th to 21 Feb 2008. Also, theatres in Mangalore, Davanagare and Hassan will screen the same films simultaneously.
Nearly 30 films in Kannada, Hindi, Telugu, Tamil and Marathi will be screened for school children. In addition there will be activities like clay-modelling and craft making on Feb 19 and 20 at Bal Bhavan. The festival will be inaugurated on Feb 18 by actor Upendra at Ambedkar Bhavan. Bal Bhavan will have 3 three shows – 10 am, 12 noon and 2 pm – pallavi, Navarang, poornima and Nandini theatres will screen the films at 9.30 am on all four days. Films like the Command of Chhoti, Ek Ajooba, School Days, Naanu Gandhi, Tutturi ect will be screened. For more info Call – 9448086161
From March 1, children’s films will be screened in BBMP and BDA parks. Entry will be free for kids.
