Green Onion located on Residency Cross Road is a great option for people who want to have great food but at very reasonable price. It is located on the first floor right opposite Bunkers. So after a nice booze at Bunkers this comes as a nice option for great food. Green Onion specializes in Chinese, Thai, South east Asian and East Asian Food. They offer a wide range of variety at very resonable price. Some of the things which I have tasted and I can recommend you are – Singapore rice, Thai fried rice, Green onion fried rice, Kau Pau Chicken, Mongolian Chicken, etc. Also, do try the starters which are also very good. Btw, they do not have any desert. Ambiance is ok and you can have good view of the utility building as the restaurant is glass covered. service also seems to be ok. However, if one land up there on lunch or dinner time one may have to stand in queue(particularly on weekends or holidays).

Note: One can reach here from MG Road also taking the cross besides Symphony theatre.
