Can you tell me about the type of bus I have to travel is it volvo or any other bus? What about the accommadation what type of hotel which will given? where is the office in bangalore with landmark and phone number. How many days prior should we book the tickets

I we are 30 people and wanted to visit shimoga side for 2 days. can i book the entire bus. and we are palnning to leave bangalore 0n 25th night and want to come back by 27th late night or 28th early morning(4am). Please let me no asap.
