There was a time when if one to listen to music at his/her convinience there was no way but to go for the audio cassetes or CDs. No doubt convinience of listening to music has increased 5 fold with portable CD players and latest ipods. But none of these are free. Well, I am not vouching for free lunch. I do not believe in something for nothing. But the issue is in a particular album not all the songs are good and sometime worse there may be only 1 good song. Also, you may not get a good compilation all the time. However, on this medium you choose what you want to hear and that too free. Well, you pay for your internet connection but you do not pay for the song. Yes, the internet has brought in a lot of flexibility in terms of listening to music.
