Pink Chaddi Campaign to Oppose Muthalik

The Mangalore pub incident has opened a pandora’s box and is now taking the shape of a movement. The liberals, freedom lovers and youth are taking it in their hands to show this is no dictatorship. The pubs in India are running as per law. They have been given licence by the government and they pay tax for that.

People are sending Pink Chaddi to oppose Promod Muthalik, chief of Ram Sena who promised to disrupt Valentine’s day all over Karnataka.

The blog contains address of Muthalik in Hubli and urges to send chaddis there or one is not willing to send them directly. They can send them to various collection points all over the country. Also, on 14th Feb there is a plan to fill up pub all over by slogan Pub Bharo.

To the pink chaddis, sri ram sena has retorted by saying they will gift pink sarees as gifting chaddis is not Indian culture! But they will marry couples if they were found on valentine’s day. Thought the Bangalore city police chief Shankar Bidari has promided law and order to uphelded on that day but how can one be sure. Just to gain some mileage they might bashup some couple. So better to go in big groups.
