They sent me a badly dented piece and when their installation guy opened the fridge at my house he promised instant replacement. Ever since, I have been calling and following up with them to no avail. They have been giving me various excuses and still my fridge has not been replaced and I am stuck with a dented unusable fridge. Never ever buy anything from them! And if someone from reliance is reading this please help!!!!! Hi
