Real estate magnate Donald Trump has made a deal to sell of Palm Beach mansion, Florida, US to Russian billionaire fertilizer manufacturer dmitry Rybolovlev for $95 million or Rs 406.5 crore. Yes all that money for a house. Trump made gold out of this deal. He bought the house in 2004 for $41.35 million from another businessman who filed for bankcruptcy. This is a 60 acre property and has a large unobstructed sea front. Donanld Trump did make good money from this but he had to lower his initial asking of $125 million.
