Wonder la Amusement Park, Bangalore
July 7, 2008 – 8:41 pm
Since early 2000 Bangalore had quite a few small amusement parks but there was none with the scale and variety. I remember in 2001 visiting Crazy Waters on Bannerghatta road near Meenakshi Temple. There was Neeladri near Electronics city. I think these two are no more there. From the olden days only the Fun World has survived. The most recent addition and perhaps the best addition in the league of amusement parks in Bangalore is Wonder la. Wonder la is from the same company V-Gaurd who manage Veega Land amusement park, Kochi. Wonder la is good amusement park with various games, sports, water sports, rain dance and lots of entertainment. In land section you enjoy carousel, Maverick, hurricane, crazy cars, wonder splash etc. In water section there are lazy river, uphill racer & fun racer, banded kraits, play pool etc. In the evening you can feast yourself to the musical fountain and laser show. Food is available inside so you need not worry about that.

Wonder la claims to be the biggest amusement park in India but I feel the biggest amusement park in India is Essel World, Mumbai. Can anyone confirm this?
