Technical Support (Voice Support)
Job Description
Provide first-level technical Support on basic operational or maintenance of personal computers and /or peripherals using available tools.
Guide customer-troubleshooting efforts to identify products that have Customer Issues and issue service calls in accordance with guidelines.
Escalate problems when unable to resolve customer issues.
Log and sufficiently document all contacts with customers in designated tools.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor Degree, PUC (with one year of International call center experience);
Diploma Courses (post 10+2 with 1 year international call center experience);
Engineering Degree or Post Graduate Degree (with at least 1 year experience in customer care / semi-tech international call center process)
1. Basics of Computers including Operating Systems, hardware and Internet.
2. Basic PC Hardware / A+ Certification / MCDST Certification 90 days will be added advantage
Internet Support Providers (ISP) Voice Support
Job Description
Responsible for providing technical support and building on customer relations through Troubleshooting
Handling technical queries & objections will be a major part of job profile.
Excellent technical knowledge, Technical support.

Job Description
Debt Collections (Fresher and Experience)
Should be flexible for both inbound /outbound calls in order to assist customers, 100% call taking job, will interact with US/UK/Australian
Will process accounts and overdraft loans. Call customers and inform them about there pending due and convince them to pay the same.
Package 1.6lacs-3lacs+incentives.
Desired Candidate Profile
Should be a graduate with minimum 50% (No BE and Btech’s candidates)
Fresher: 6-18 months in ICC Voice Support
Experience: Minimum 6 months of experience in debt collection, mortgage, insurance, outbound, banking, finance, credit card etc., (only voice)
Mortgage Process-Voice Support- Call Centre
Job Description
Mortgage Process deals mainly with personal loans, validate the
Loan documentation and review income, assets and collateral documentation, Collect borrower information, Price out and select best product for Clients’ situation and recommend appropriate product or program. Should call clients and customers to resolve issues. It is a complete voice process.
Desired Candidate Profile
Only Graduates/Post graduates (BE/BTech <55%)
1-3yrs of experience in a international call center or a maximum of 4yrs of any domain experience
Excellent communication skills
Should be comfortable with working under shifts
Spontaneous, high drive and result oriented
Knowledge of US mortgage loans from processing to funding will be an Added advantage.
Outbound Voice Support- Call Centre
Job Description
Making outbound sales, for new and existing customers
Manages leads, by calling and qualifying the leads
educating the customer about various products and converting the lead into a sale
Up sells the products to the existing customer
