Job Description: CSR, TSR,LEVEL G,LEVEL H – Voice Process (banking, insurance, ISP, Technical Support, Desktop support, Laptop support)

Shift: UK/US

Handling Inbound / Outbound Calls

Basic English and Grammar Skills

Good & Clear Communication Skills

Good Listening Skills

Basic Computer Skills will be an additional advantage

Candidates should have excellent communication skills, willing to work in shifts (Good Hardware and Networking Knowledge for technical support candidates)

Qualification: Undergraduates or Graduates wit min 1yr of International call centre exp.

Experience: 0 – 6Yrs

Job location: Bangalore

Salary: 1.20 lacs – 3.75 lacs
