What will be your job nature?

You will be working for their “Infrastructure Management” team. Which comes under the ITIL framework.

Job Location: Bangalore.

Date of Interview: 14-Oct-2009 / Wednesday

Interview type: Face to Face.

Position: Service Desk Technical Analyst Level 2.

Location: Bangalore.

Experience Level: 1.5yrs to 3yrs

Essential Skills:

Graduate with good knowledge in technical troubleshooting of hardware/software.
Must have excellent troubleshooting knowledge on Microsoft Windows operatings systems, Outlook Express, Knowledge about Active Directories.
Excellent communications skills is a must.
